Technical Direction Reel 2021

0:01 - 0:13 - Facial Animation (Maya, Arnold) - modeling, rigging, animation, groom.
0:13 - 0:21 - Groom Breakdown - Head, eyelash, eyebrow, and beard grooms created with XGen. Clumping, noise, and length modifiers were added to create a realistic cut.
0:22 - 0:31 - Megaman Toon-style Rig
0:32 - 0:35 - Walk Cycle (Maya, Arnold) - character design, modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation.
0:36 - 0:42 - Character Animation (Maya, Arnold) - rig provided by 11SecondsClub
0:43 - 0:50 - Raytracer (C++, OpenGL)
0:51 - 1:16 - Growing Pains (Maya, Arnold) - animation, modeling (orchid), rigging. Select Scenes from a 3 minute piece produced over 6 weeks.

Rigging Reel 2021

0:01 - 0:21 - Facial Rigging - Rig is controllable using blendshapes and joints to maximize flexibility.
0:22 - 1:19 - Megaman Toon-style Rig - Rig implements stretchy limbs and spine using distance nodes and is capable of cartoon deformations like squash, stretch, and smear.
1:12 - 1:29 - Face Control GUI - Blendshapes for Megaman rig are adjustable via GUI in viewport.
1:30 - 1:47 - Plant Rigging - responsible for all character rigs. Rigs created using IK splines and blendshape expressions to create vinelike motion.
